Electric MotorThe YBX3 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors feature excellent explosion-proof performance, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance.
The explosion-proof performance complies with GB 3836.1 Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres – Part 1: General requirements and GB 3836.2 Part 2: Flameproof enclosure “d”.
These motors are widely used for driving equipment such as fans, pumps, compressors, and mixers. They are suitable for Class II hazardous locations (excluding underground coal mines) containing explosive gas mixtures such as alkanes, benzene, alcohols, and hydrogen, with temperature class T4.
Explosion-proof markings include:
Ex d IIA T4 Gb, Ex d IIB T4 Gb, or Ex d IIC T4 Gb.
Standard mounting arrangements in accordance with GB/T 997
Class F insulation, temperature rise evaluated to Class B
Continuous duty (S1)
Cooling method: IC411
Degree of protection: IP55
Frame sizes 225 and below equipped with sealed bearings
Frame sizes above 225 equipped with re-lubrication devices
