The YXKS / YSKS series feedwater pump motors are high-end, high-power asynchronous motors developed by Shanghai Electric since the 21st century. This series adopts the company’s mature and reliable reduced-resin VPI vacuum pressure impregnation insulation system, combined with advanced electromagnetic, thermal, structural strength, and rotor dynamics analysis tools for systematic design.
These design approaches significantly enhance motor reliability and efficiency, particularly for continuous-duty feedwater pump applications under high-temperature, high-load, and long-duration operating conditions in power plants.
High efficiency and energy saving: Advanced electromagnetic optimization reduces motor losses, achieving overall efficiency levels that are among the best in China, meeting the energy-saving requirements of large-scale power plants.
Mature reduced-resin VPI insulation system: The reduced-resin VPI vacuum-pressure impregnation process produces dense insulation structures with high mechanical strength and thermal endurance, significantly improving reliability under long-term high-load operation.
